The mission of the SCSU Information Technology Help Desk is to help maximize technological proficiency and growth throughout the campus community, by providing friendly and timely resolutions to assistance requests. Currently, Help Desk services are available to faculty and staff only; however, a growing collection of support documents in the SCSU Knowledge Base aim to provide 24/7 support for all members of the university community
