Solution:
Before a student can register on the Banner Web system they must meet with
their advisor for consultation on their courses for the next semester.
During the meeting the advisor issues the student an alternate pin for use
on the system. This pin is NOT used to logon to Banner Web. The alternate
pin is entered after logging into the Banner Web system and right before
registering. The purpose of this pin is to restrict students to their time
ticket.
