D E P A R T M E N T S The Office of Information Technology is composed of four main departments. The Academic Computing department includes public computer labs, campus software installations, hardware deployments, and faculty support. The administrative component of Information Technology is based on technical support, computer requests, and account requisition for faculty and staff. The department provides basic help information for the end user including "log in issues", "lack of computer sound", and "Netscape problems" as well as various Computer, CSU, and Connecticut related web-links. BannerWeb Services provides access to many administrative functions for students, faculty, and staff. These include course registration, payment of bills, and access to grades.
