- Hyperion Implementation and Training
- Build a pilot-based Data Mart utilizing Hyperion to meet the current "urgent" reporting needs
- Automate both the Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions Processes
- Automate Manual Administrative Processes - Workflow Implementation (Automating Travel Authorizations, Personal Change Requests, Faculty Workload, Payroll Timesheets): Examine the license SCSU has for the SCT Workflow Software Product, which has the capability to convert business procedures which rely on paper and handwritten signatures to a fully automated solution
- Groupware Administration (e.g. Hyperion server software, Microsft Sharepoint)
- CIMAS (ongoing support as requested by School of Education)
- TK20 Implementation
- SCSU Employee Information Repository
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the campus community to ensure information security and reduce risk
- Investigate new technologies
