GOAL 5 - Reduce the backlog of IT projects
- Hiring a Multimedia Coordinator, Instructional Technologist, Groupware Analyst and System Administrator
- Work with HR to expedite the hiring and recruitment processes (current search and hiring processes are inefficient, outdated, under-funded and out of touch with the current job market) to ensure strongest possible organization
- Expedite the RFP / purchasing process
- Identify IT projects and priorities to support the SCSU Strategic Plan; establish a Project Prioritization Process
